- Pfeiffer MVP 070-3 Diaphram vacuum pump, connected to loadlock.

- Pfeiffer Mechanical-turbo pump DCU

- Gamma Vacuum Ion pump, 150T, Titan DI, 6CFF. VAT valve to facilitate disconnection.

Metering:
